Welcome everyone to the beginning of the new school year, an exciting time as we look forward to sharing in many faith celebrations as a community.

BEGINNING OF THE YEAR MASS

You are warmly invited to join us for our beginning of year Mass next Thursday, 17 February. 

We look forward to coming together as a faith community to ask for God’s blessing as we embark on our new school year. At this Mass, our Year 6 students will be commissioned as the school leaders, and the staff will receive a special blessing asking the Holy Spirit to guide them in their work this year.

SACRAMENTS

The students at Holy Family will be celebrating the following Sacraments this year:

• Reconciliation - Year 4 student
• Eucharist - Year 4 students

These sacraments are co-celebrated with the catechist children in the parish. We are still confirming the dates for these Sacraments, which I will communicate to you once finalised.

Confirmation is celebrated every second year at Holy Family and will be next celebrated in 2023 for our Year 5 & 6 students
