Meet the School Leaders for 2022

Hi my name is Hayley. I’m in SB and I am one of the 2022 School Captains. I have had roles similar to this one but none can compare to the excitement of becoming School Captain. I enjoy doing art, gymnastics and sport. I have been at Somerville Primary School since 2019. I love this school because it welcomes everyone and it’s a safe environment. All the kids are friendly and the teachers care for everyone. There are amazing playgrounds and many student voice opportunities. The school has a lot to offer for whatever your interests are.

Hi my name is Darcy and I am a School Captain at Somerville Primary School for 2022. Some of my interests are sports like footy, basketball and cricket. My favourite part about Somerville Primary School is how kind and caring the teachers are. I also like the events we have because it gives everyone something fun to look forward to during the year. 

Hi my name is Cody. I am the 2022 School Vice-Captain. Outside and inside of school I play sports and I like cricket the most. Inside of school I do a lot of basketball with all of my mates. The reason why UI wanted to be the School Vice-Captain was because I wanted to show the school who I really am and I am willing to help out in any way. One of my favourite experiences at Somerville Primary School so far was the Colour Fun Run because I got to run with my 2021 buddy Tom!

Hi my name is Charlotte. I am one of your 2022 School Vice-Captains. I enjoy basketball as a hobby and at home I love to cook for my family. This year I am happy to say I have Miss Lord as my teacher. I love Somerville Primary School because all of the teachers are kind and have always put the kids first. In my opinion this school is kind, inclusive and just a wonderful place to be. My favourite experience is when all of my friends and I hang out in the yard.
