Year 7 Science

Students in Year 7 Science have been engaged in fun activities over the last few weeks. First, they learnt how to use a Bunsen burner which was initially approached with some trepidation! However, students soon became confident with this important piece of scientific equipment and were enthusiastically engaged in using the Bunsen burner to boil water.  

They are now ready to move forward with more exciting experiments! In our last science class, students were introduced to our resident stick insect.  They enjoyed the opportunity of holding this delicate creature and feeling the tickle of its legs.  Future Biology students in the making!
