Parent Teacher Interviews
| The dates for Parent Teacher Interviews have been set and are as follows: |
| · Thursday, August 15th from 5pm to 8pm and |
| · Friday, August 16th from 10am to 1pm. |
| This will provide an opportunity for all parents and carers to meet with teachers to discuss student progress and further develop learning partnerships. Bookings can be made using COMPASS from 8th August. |
Music Solo Performances
Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th August
Held in the Music Centre 7.00pm start. Everyone is welcome to come and support our students
ICAS COMPETITIONS
The College invites Year 7 to 12 students to participate in the following ICAS Competitions run by the University of NSW.
ICAS SCIENCE COMPETITION – Sitting date: 4th September
(Entries close: 26th August)
ICAS ENGLISH COMPETITION – Sitting date: 16th, 17th or 18th September
(Entries close: 11th September)

2019 Year 12 VTAC Briefing
A Year 12 Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre briefing will be held at the Forge Theatre on Wednesday 7th August 2019 at 12 noon.
The 2020 Tertiary application process opens at 9am Monday 5th August 2019.
Inspiring Young Women's Event
A group of Year 11 students will be attending this annual event on Wednesday 7th August 2019.
Students will hear successful, inspirational women from our local business community talk about their careers and life journeys.

Who should go to University Open Days?
You might think Year 12’s are the only people who should go to Open Days, but if you are in Years 10 & 11 and thinking about University, TAFE and VET courses you could benefit from going to open days now too.
Parents wanting to learn more, and support their children’s wishes to continue studying after secondary college, are welcome also. Mature students, friends and siblings, the doors are open for everyone.

RMIT University offers free travel to and from Bairnsdale to both Open Days.
