Hey everyone,
Welcome back to Term Two. I hope everyone had an amazing holiday, a great Easter break and are now recharged for the upcoming term ahead.
I thought that I would give everyone a little update of what’s been happening at OSHClub. For those who attend either BSC or ASC, you would know that we underwent an Assessment and Rating last term and you would have seen an auditor from the department observe our program.
We have our report back and are proud to say that we achieved "Meeting" as our rating which means we are meeting the required standards.
Hence, we would like to say thank you to everyone who helped us out during Term One and that made the transition into the school community extremely smooth and easy. It could not have happened without everyone being involved.
So what’s planned for the term ahead? We are planning to do a lot more science based activities, arts and crafts, physical sports and cooking amongst other things. We are always open to suggestions and welcome any ideas from either the parents or children. Feel free to let us know what you are thinking and we will try to accommodate it.
That’s all that I have to say for now and we hope to see you all around at some point quite soon.

OSHClub Enrolment Details
Please enrol your children for Before and After School Care. You never know when you might need us!
We cannot accept a child into our care without an active enrolment and this can take a couple of days to process. If your child has a medical condition which may require medication while at After School Care, such as asthma or an allergy, we MUST have that medication on hand at the program. We are allowed to share Epipens with the school due to the shortage, but any other medications must be provided to OSHClub to stay at the program.
If you are having any trouble with the online enrolment and booking system, please feel free to call our customer service staff on 1300 395 735 and they will talk you through the process, help access your account, change your password etc. Also, if you miss the 24 hour online booking cut off, you can call them and they will add your child to the roll. You can also send us a text message on 0401 501 661 and we will add your child manually, though a late booking fee will apply.
If you are having any difficulties with your OSHClub account, please come see me in the OSHClub room between 7am and 9am or 2:30pm and 6pm and we will help you sort them out. You can also contact us on 0401 501 661 or at corpus@oshclub.com.au and we will get back to you.

REMINDERS: If you need to cancel BSC or ASC please do so on the internet 48 hours in advance, otherwise leave a message on 0401 501 661 on the day, or pop in to let staff know you are collecting your child so that we know where the children are. OSHClub is open 2:30-6:00pm. There is a $2/minute fee for each child that is picked up after 6pm.
