The Market Fresh people visited the Preps and talked about healthy foods. Some of the preps were introduced to new fruits or vegetables that they hadn’t tried before.

Prep D did some shared writing about their experience….

All of the Prep classes had an exciting excursion to Scienceworks on Wednesday, 27th November. A highlight of the experience was laying back on recliner chairs and watching a movie projected above, about a dog going to outer space!

The students in Prep B wrote about their excursion and did a drawing.

I like Science works and I like racing. Also I like the movies and it was fun. I was lying down on the chairs.

I like Scienceworks because it has games. We made a line for our turn and went and had a movie. There were chairs. We sat on the chairs and looked up and that is where the TV screen was.

We ate a snack. We played on the playground. We ate lunch. We watched a movie.

I like the movie because you can go to lie down on the chair and I had a little sleep and I like the spinning which you go inside and there is a door which you go out and you have to spin and you come in again.
