DAUGHTERS AND DADS ACTIVE AND EMPOWERED PROGRAM

This program is a unique opportunity for Daughters and Dads to improve their communication skills and for dads to be large supporters of their daughters continued participation in sport and physical activity.

There are two different Daughters and Dads program offerings including our ‘Classic’, weekly program and our ‘Weekender’, condensed residential program at a Sport and Recreation Centre.

TAMWORTH BJP PHYSIE CLUB

Have fun and get fit with Physie!

Tamworth Physie has been providing dance and exercise classes to the Tamworth Community for over 45 years.

Classes are available from 3 years to ladies in the St Nicholas School Auditorium, starting week commencing 8th February. The first class is free to try.
