Strawbale Show 21'

The Last Monday evening of term saw the Performing Arts department stage it’s annual Strawbale Picnic Concert.

 This was an awesome event that saw over 250 students from all year levels perform to an audience of more than 500 people and was the culmination of a massive amount of work in lessons, classes and rehearsals over course of the term.

Students, staff, family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the variety and high standard of performances on show by all year levels with a special and massive shout-out to our Year 7 and Year 8 Bands for their debut performances.

 Due to last year’s restrictions, this is the first performance we have been able to hold since 2019 and it was so much fun to be out there playing again!

The effort, attitude and behaviour of our students as both performers and audience members was exemplary.

Big thanks to our Performing Arts Team, our Music Parents Group, the Art department, the Principal team and our fabulous students and parents.

Looking forward to more gigs next term - keep practising and having fun.
