Languages Championship

Between the 16th and 23rd March students of German in Years 7-10 took part in the annual Education Perfect Languages Championship 2021.

With over 210,000 students taking part worldwide in many languages across all categories – Ballarat High School scored 28,710 points in one week of work. The tasks took place both in class and as homework. 

The students are to be congratulated on their efforts over the week and the motivation and drive to learn German are clear to see. 

Our results are as follows:

9th for German in VIC - out of 187 schools.

10th for German in Australia in our category (501-1000 students on EP) - out of 214 schools.

13th for German in the World in our category (501-1000 students on EP) – out of 294 schools.
