China Sister School Pen Pals

Earlier this year, Year 5 students each worked hard to write a letter in Chinese to a student from our sister school in Shengze, China. This week, the Year 5s were extremely excited to receive the much-anticipated reply letters from their pen pals. It is so wonderful that our two schools have been able to maintain a strong relationship this year and that our students have had an opportunity like this to get to know one another. 

Many of our students are already working on a second letter to send back to China! 

Well done to all the Year 5s who have embraced this opportunity to use their Chinese language in an authentic way and make a new friend along the way!
