Whole School Happenings

There is still lots happening at our school!

Free dress day for World Vision

Today we held a free dress day to raise money for Mathews Banda a 16 year old student living in Zambia. It was wonderful to see so many students wearing their every day clothes and also bringing a donation to World Vision for Mathews with them.

We raised a total of $557.25 which will be sent off to this very important initiative.

Thank you to our school community for your support of this.

Bimbadeen Preschool - Donna is retiring... we'd like to make her a surprise!

Donna Bell from Bimbadeen Preschool is retiring at the end of this year after many years of teaching and we are wanting to give her a surprise book of memories .

If any families would like to send a memory, well wishes or drawing to add to an album that would be greatly appreciated.

Also, if you know of families who don't attend Bimbadeen Primary who you think would like to be involved please spread the word! You can either drop a note or a picture/well wish etc. to the office here at Bimbadeen Heights Primary School, or email all well wishes to scrammie@optusnet.com.au  by 3rd December.

Thank you so much

ANIMAL AID

If anyone is cleaning out their linen cupboards and has any towels or blankets, or even any old newspapers lying around that you would like to donate on, a kind parent from our school community has offered to take them to Animal Aid in Coldstream, who are in desperate need of donations of these items.

Look out for the boxes to pop them in at the office when we return to onsite learning at school. Any towels, blankets or newspaper you are able to donate on will be gratefully received at the shelter.
