Why are you inspired by your favourite book character?
Hamish - I dressed up as Harry Potter, I was inspired by Harry because he was willing to sacrifice himself to help everyone else.
Nicholas - I was inspired by Harry Potter because he’s brave and tough!
Alex - I dressed up as the Golden Ticket from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I was inspired by the ticket because it was fun and fancy.
Tom H - I dressed up as Wally from Where’s Wally. I like this character because he’s simple to dress up and it’s funny. I was inspired because when I was younger, I loved him!
Christine - I picked Hermione Granger because she is a kind, helpful person and unique.
Elisa - I dressed up as Hermione Granger because she is nice and kind and I just love her in the movies.
Cleo - I dressed up as the Cheshire Cat from Alice and Wonderful because I really like cats.
Freya - I dressed up as a zebra from ‘Giraffes can’t dance’. I was inspired by the giraffes in the book because they had the courage to keep on dancing.
Joseph - I was inspired because my character can teleport and if he is in trouble he can escape quickly.
Tom N - For Book Week, I dressed up as Wayne Bennett. It is a very encouraging book and there are some life lessons which I think I need to learn.
Luca - Grey Hefley from Diary of a Wimpy Kid because he encourages his friends in a positive way.
Ethan - I dressed up as Jack Sparrow because he jumps across buildings and does Parkor.
Xavier - I dressed up as Mr Willy Wonka because he is really funny and makes lots of chocolate!
Annie - I dressed up as Simone Biles because I am a gymnast and she is one of the best gymnasts in the world.
Daniel - I dressed up as a Minecraft zombie. I am inspired by the amount of books they write a year!
Ryan - For Book Week I dressed up as Darth Vader. I am inspired by this character because I love the books.
Gabriele - I dressed up as Harry Potter because he is adventurous and fun. He has friends and they love mysteries and finding who is suspicious.
