Year 8 Graduation

What a treat it was to be part of the Year 8 Graduation Ceremonies. Each of our P - 8 Campuses have held ceremonies to celebrate this milestone with our Year 8 cohorts. A real highlight has been the ownership students have had with the ceremonies where the Campus leaders have MC’ed the events speaking confidence and pride of the experiences and memories they have gained. Each ceremony was so respectful and dignified, providing the students a really wonderful memory to mark this point in time in their education. These milestone moments are so important to the schooling journey, and we thank sincerely the staff who were involved in the coordination and organisation of these events. We also are grateful to our multi-skilled ICT team who turned their never-ending skillset to live streaming production extraordinaires beaming the Grads straight into homes and onto file for prosperity.

Transition

Our Year 8 students are looking forward to moving onto the Goldsworthy Campus next year. Students will have the opportunity to ask some current Year 9 students and teachers their burning questions. The Step Up program, which is always a highlight, will still operate just in a different format. The new element to the transition program is Beach Day. This is happening on December 13 for all students in Year 7-9. Some of the questions students want to know the answers to are:
