2/3CW - Wellbeing

This week in 2/3CW students have been learning about self care and what strategies we can use to care for ourselves to ensure positive mental health. 

 

Students were able to identify that activities such as reading, writing and walking were good self care activities. We also discussed how speaking to our friends and family can be a good way to boost our mood or discuss challenges we may be facing. 

 

This has been particularly important in recent times as we develop a deeper appreciation for connection with others.
