The Adventures of Frankie & Ash

So Ash and I went on a big adventure with Mum and Dad.  We got in the car and wagged and wagged our tails with  excitement because we were pretty sure we were going to the P-A-R-K.    Ash might have done a bit of dribbling.  

We didn't go to the park.  We drove for a very very long time.  We got pretty bored so we just looked out of the window and took a few naps and before we knew it we were at a strange place with cows and sheep.  We got to have a big run around the paddocks and have a big sleep, then we were back in the car the next day.  Mum said we were VERY GOOD GIRLS.  We agree.  

When the car stopped what a big surprise there was for us!!  BEACH!!!!!  Every day!!! 

Ash and I ran and ran and ran and chased the ball and wrestled on the sand and dug in the sand and ran through the waves and did  swimming.    For many days.  

We did so much swimming we couldn't keep our eyes open at the end of the day.

When it was time to get back in the car for the long trip home we knew exactly what was in store.  We stopped somewhere called a service station and Dad gave us a sausage roll each.  Then we snoozed and looked out the window.  I worked out the best place to sit where I could reach Mum and Dad for a nice sloppy kiss.

Ash and I have both decided we like holidays.
