Senior Sub-School News
A warm welcome back to school for semester two to all our Year 11 and 12 students. Term 3 is ‘the premiership quarter’ for our Year 12 VCE students as they embark on their final term of schooling before the end of year exams. While this can be an intense period, it is also one of excitement and optimism – if we put the hard work in now, it will pay off!
As ever, we are absolutely committed to providing a supportive environment for our senior students. We urge them to come to speak with us about any concerns about the end of the year and look forward to watching them continue their commitments to their studies in this final chapter of their schooling.

COVID Safety – Wearing Masks Strongly Recommended
The Victorian Department of Health strongly recommends that face masks are worn in indoor settings. This is especially important for our Year 12 students who need to be at school during this critical time.
We strongly encourage all students to wear masks when in class (except where removing a mask is necessary for clear communication) from now to the end of winter.
We are asking for your support in explaining to your child or children the importance of this simple step that will help keep our schools as safe as possible.
Practice GAT – Friday August 12th periods 1 and 2 (Unit 3 and 4 VCE students only)
Any students completing the Senior VCAL certificate or a Unit 3/4 VCE subject in 2022 will need to undertake the General Achievement Test on Wednesday September 7th. To prepare students, we are running a practice GAT on Friday August 12th. Students do not need to study for the GAT, however undertaking this important practice task will help them to prepare adequately. Students should come prepared with basic stationery - pens, pencils, calculator etc. More information will be forthcoming in the next few weeks.
Have a great term 3!
