BOOK WEEK & GRANDPARENTS DAY
This year at Echuca Twin River’s School we are very excited to be celebrating ‘Book Week’ alongside ‘Grandparent’s Day.’
On Friday August 26th, we are inviting our students to dress up as their favourite character for the day to celebrate Book Week 2022. This year’s theme is ‘Dreaming with eyes open ….’ Our parade will be held in The Centre at 9:15am and all are welcome to attend.
Alongside Book Week, we will also celebrate Grandparent’s Day. This is a special day for Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles and anyone that children deem special in their lives. We would love for you all to attend our Book Week parade.
After the parade, we invite you back to the students’ classrooms. Here you can celebrate their learning and tour their rooms. We would love if you could bring along your favourite book to share with your child / grandchild. There will also be some fun Book Week activities available to do together.
To wrap up this glorious morning, we invite you to share morning tea with other grandparents and staff members in the staffroom.
The morning will conclude at 11am. We hope you can join us and look forward to seeing you all.
