Student Voice

The Year 4/5/6’s have been creating a diorama for Inquiry. The focus of the dioramas was around Australian events. We had so much fun during this time, we did research about an Australian event and then we made the dioramas. Some of the events were, the first royal Australian visit, the First Fleet, the opening of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the first Australian Ballet, the first Australian hospital that opened and much more. In the process of making the dioramas we were able to be very creative using real materials such as rocks and dirt for the floor. We also got to share the dioramas at Assembly.
