SACRED HEART FEAST DAY

We celebrated our Sacred Heart Feast Day with a Parish Mass on Wednesday 14 June as a combined school and Parish mass. It was so lovely to see many family and friends join in our family picnic after Mass and concert of Eisteddfod items. 

This is a time to reflect on what makes our school unique and look for ways to show care and respect to others, be helpful and kind as well as demonstrate faith, sincerity, sacrifice and love.

As a part of our feast day celebrations, we had the opportunity to recognise Frances and Bill Jackson for their contribution to our school community, with our student recipients of the Feast of the Sacred Heart Awards for 2023 being Rex Plevey (K-2) and Grace Groves (3-6).

Fr Abmar presented our three Confirmation candidates with a special gift and we were also privileged to have Fr Efren from Hawaii join us for this special occasion.
