Student Free Day Monday 2nd November

Students not at school on Monday  2nd November 2020.

Dear KDC Community, as we have done for the past few years, Cup Eve (Nov 2) will be a student-free day. Every term, teachers are entitled to a Professional Practice Day. Rather than sprinkling individual days through the term, we have combined everyone's day into Monday. Year 12 students are coming in for a farewell breakfast but otherwise no students will be at school and no classes will be running. Teachers will be working on curriculum development and most will be working from home. Tuesday is then, of course, the Cup Day holiday. We will see Year 7 - 11 back into classes from Wednesday 4th November. Year 12's will only be coming in for revision sessions with their teachers in the lead up to VCE exams. I hope everyone is travelling well and feeling lighter and more positive after the end of the lockdown,
