RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

Over the past weekend some of our students began their faith journey leading them to receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation and Eucharist. With the support of their families, St Mary’s Parish Community and staff from Sacred Heart, the children were presented during a special Mass led by Fr Michael. 

The final of three Presentation Masses will be held this afternoon at 5:00pm Mass Tuesday 26th July at St Mary’s, Colac.

Following the Presentation Mass, the candidates will attend three Dismissal Masses before receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation and Eucharist during the Celebration Mass weekend early September.

Thank you to the staff at Sacred Heart for attending these Masses and we also ask that you keep in your prayers the candidates as they continue their faith journey.

Eucharist Celebration 

September 3rd or 4th  

(Saturday Mass 6:00pm or Sunday Mass 11:00pm) 

The school will organise Sacramental Day involving preparation with Fr Michael at St Mary’s Church and bread making at school  Friday 2nd September.
