Sacrament of Reconciliation

Sacrament of Reconciliation

Year 4 students, baptised Catholics, will be making their Reconciliation this term. The students have been preparing for this since Term 1. They have been learning all about the Sacrament of Penance and God's loving forgiveness.

The students have focused on the Parable of The Prodigal Son, learning that when we ask for forgiveness for what we have done wrong, God is always happy to forgive us and welcome us back, just like the son was welcomed back home by his father.

Please note the following important dates:

Family Workshop: Thursday 2 June - 6:00 pm in the Library

Sacrament of Reconciliation: Thursday 9 June - 7:00 pm in the Church

Our Lenten Action - Project Compassion
