Meet the Staff- Nathalie Leane

What is your role at Concord School?

Occupational Therapist for years 7-10.

Provide us with a ‘snapshot’ into your daily routine at Concord School:

You’ll usually find me speed walking from one section of the school to another. In one day I can be talking about a number of different topics from emotions and regulation to self-care strategies or typing and handwriting skills.

What do you love most about working at Concord School?

The students, there is always at least one that will make me laugh or smile each day.

Favourite Food: Chocolate

Favourite Movie/TV Show: Bob’s Burgers

Favourite music: The Cat Empire

Things I dislike the most: Liquorice

Hidden Talent or Something We May Not Know About You:

My partner and I foster seeing eye dogs.

Favourite Sporting Team/Athlete: Melbourne Vixens

If You Could Pick Any 3 People as Dinner Guests, Who Would They Be and Why?

Amy Poehler, Aisling Bea, Kristen Bell – Three funny, intelligent women. I think they’d either talk about ways to change the world or just make silly jokes, both conversations I’d be happy to be a part of.

Newsletter: Term 2, Tuesday 31 May, 2022

Dear Parents/ Guardians and staff,

The last week of OSHC comprised many activities related to community. Parents & Guardians were welcomed for breakfast on Tuesday and shared a banana muffin and cup of tea with staff. Children participated in a jigsaw puzzle task- with the pieces displayed on the wall. This art symbolises that each and every child brings their unique qualities to OSHC and is a valued participant of the service. To reinforce the theme- group games strengthened team building and participation of children at OSHC. Perennial activities such as Hot Wheels play, and Train Track construction also occurred. An enjoyable week was had by all involved!

Kind Regards,

TheirCare Team at Watsonia Primary School Concord Campus TheirCare OSHC
