Meningococcal Vaccine Catch-up day Years 10, 11 & 12

Meningococcal vaccine catch-up day for students in years 10, 11 and 12 will take place on Monday 18 September for students who either missed the recent vaccine days or have not received the vaccine.

If you would like your child to receive this vaccine, Parents can complete the attached consent form and return this to the Health Centre by Friday 15 September.

Meningitis Centre Australia in partnership with the Department of Health created a video about the ACWY vaccine and this can be viewed at www.meningitis.com.au

Please note:  Students can also receive the Vaccine at the Central Immunisation Clinic, West Perth by appointment. Ph: 9321 1312 or from Travel Health Plus Fremantle Ph: 9336 6630.
