Out of School Hours Care 

We had lots of fun at Vacation Care these school holidays! Some of the children’s favourite days were staying cool at the Aquatic Centre, getting pampered at our Pamper Party and competing in new challenges on Fire and Ice Day and OSHC Olympics. We hired two new arcade machines for a week which were very popular. We also hired a slushy machine and a jukebox for another week which the children really enjoyed. We ended the year with a lovely Christmas party, we had a delicious provided lunch and a very special visit from a walking talking Christmas tree. The children loved dressing up for the theme days especially the Christmas Party, Disney Day and Pyjama Day. 

Some highlights from the children were:

“Pizza and Pyjama Day! Phil’s pizza is the best in the world EVER!” – Maia

“Water Play Day was the most fun when Mel and Donna surprised us outside and got everyone wet with the super soakers!” - Mirjana

“I love that when we play team games we don’t just get points for winning but we get points for being nice and having fun too!” - Aleena

“On Pamper Day I liked getting my nails painted green just like the hulk!” - Dante  

“On Indian Day we did an Indian themed drawing competition that was really fun” - Wafi

“The butter beer on Harry Potter Day was not just good or delicious… it was breathtaking!” – Connor F

“It was so funny when Lucy dressed up as a giant Christmas tree at the Christmas Party!” – Adeline

“My favourite day was Disney Day. Mel looked like a real life beautiful princess! She dressed up the same as me and Aleena, we were all matching!” – Rameesa
