Le Page Green Team
Hi Greenies!
Le Page Green Team met again on Wednesday 23/2/22. Lucy, Sahana Miss Anna and the Team came up with some ideas for our official Mission Statement. We’re still working on the final draft, but wanted to let the Le Page Community know what our core values as a Green Team will be.
Draft Mission Statement:
“As the Green Team, we will make sure to make our school a more environmentally friendly and sustainable place. Additionally, we will keep the inside and outside areas clean and as green as possible. We will take care of all plants and animals around us, have beautiful as well as edible garden beds and get more recycling options for the whole school”
Today, we made our own Green Team name badges out of recyclable materials. We also committed ourselves to the Green Team by adding our names to the Green Team Corner which is located in the Library. Keep an eye out for some exciting Green Team Corner displays to come!
Don’t forget, Green Team meets each Wednesday for the first half of lunch.
