Boarders of the Week Awards

Congratulations to our Boarders of the Week for week 7. These students have demonstrated a willingness and commitment to be positive role models in the boarding community in recent weeks. It is very pleasing to see the positive contributions and attitudes at this late stage of the term. Well done to the following students:

Start of Term 4

I wish to remind you of the commencement date for Term 4. The first day of term for St Augustine’s and St Monica’s colleges is Wednesday 5 October.

Boarding residences will reopen on Tuesday 4 October. There will be some supervision for students returning by air who arrive earlier at the College. This is also a day for parent-teacher-student-interviews for students in Years 10 to 12 at Saints. They'll be held in Lennon Hall from midday to 6pm.

Flight Itineraries

Families, please email flight details as soon as possible to the respective heads of residence for the start of next term so transport can be coordinated. Ideally, this information should have already been emailed, but if not, please do so during the holidays.

Weekend Outings

Our boarders have appreciated the splendid weather during our recent weekend outings. They ventured to Ellis Beach last Saturday to enjoy the final Saturday outing of the term. We look forward to more of these next term, which will include a free weekend camp.

Thanks you to all families for your support of our boarding program this term. It is a unique and special relationship that the boarding community has with our families, and we have appreciated your obvious support this term.
