Canvas

Canvas is the main online platform we are using for learning at home.  All students (except perhaps our Preps) should be getting very familiar with Canvas.  Those using iPads may have noticed that there are at least two ways of accessing canvas. 

1. Through a web browser such as Safari

2. Through a Canvas App.  

Please access Canvas through the web browser.  We have found that the App is sometimes glitchy and does not have all the functionality that the browser version does.  Often, using the browser version instead of the app will fix problems that students are having.  For that reason, we have remotely deleted the app from School iPads.  Those iPads should have a shortcut to the browser version of Canvas so that you don't have to type in an address every time.  To find that shortcut, swipe down from the top and start typing 'Canvas' in the search bar.  The shortcut icon you want looks like this:
