Instrumental Bursaries

A second round of auditions for Instrumental Bursaries will be held in Week 1 of Term 3. These auditions are for any student currently undertaking Year 8 Music Focus, and can include students who were beginners at the start of the year.

Bursaries grant a student free instrumental tuition up until the end of Year 9, and are designed to foster and encourage those who demonstrate a high aptitude for music, enthusiasm for the subject and who have made excellent progress throughout the year so far.

In 2018, bursaries will potentially be offered to students playing the flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, bass guitar or drums.

Students who play violin, viola or cello may also apply, but these may only be offered to students with more than 12 months experience.

If you wish to apply for an instrumental bursary, please find a link to the form here https://www.endeavour.sa.edu.au/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Instrumental-Music-Bursary-Application-Form.pdf . Please return the form, along with required supplementary materials, to the Music Learning Leader, Catherine Stanley, by the end of Term 2. catherine.stanley@endeavour.sa.edu.au

If you are a parent of a Year 7 student, bursary auditions will be held at the end of the year, with applications due in early Term 4.
