P and F Meetings

The Holy Trinity P &F has made some exciting changes to the 2019 Art Union Race Day. This year tickets in the raffle are $5 each and that $5 ticket still gets you into the races on Saturday 19 October. The ticket books were sent home with the youngest in the family.

We know that so many families in the Inverell community are doing it tough during the drought so we wanted to offer a more affordable Art Union Race Day entry and raffle ticket. The raffle prizes are still wonderful with first prize a $5000 travel voucher with Windsong Travel. There are more prizes than usual to be won as we have generous gift vouchers to Motor Mecca, All Terrain Gear, Vivier Boutique, Lennon’s Butchery and Khana Ashiyana House of Food Restaurant. 

The 2019 Holy Trinity Art Union Race Day promises to be a fun-filled family day out with a rock-climbing wall, jumping castles, pony rides, fairy floss, fashions on the field and more. There will be no charge for the children’s rides this year. This is our way of offering as many families as possible from the whole community, an opportunity to take a break, come along and enjoy a day out with friends.

The 2019 Holy Trinity Art Union Race Day is on Saturday 19 October. Gates open at 12pm. Please return your raffle ticket book to school sold or unsold (as we need to account for all books; please don’t throw it out) by Tuesday 15 October.

School Advisory Council Meeting

Our next SAC meeting is Thursday 31 October. It will be the AGM. We are needing 2 new members for the council. If you are interested in being part of this important parent group please see me or speak to one of our exisiting members: Liz Wellard, Angela Clarke, Rob Sides, Brad Hilton, Megan Walsh and David McLennan.
