Assembly and Coffee
Next Wednesday afternoon Mrs Lambert’s Stage Two class will present Assembly. This will be held in the church and is a great opportunity for you to see aspects of your child’s learning adventures!
You are invited to enjoy a cuppa and snack after Assembly in the Church Café as you wait to collect your child at home-time.
Dad's Night Out
A Dad's night out has been planned for all Dad's (new and existing) to come and get to know others at a very casual BBQ at the school.
It's a great way to kick back over a BBQ and have a drink.
It will be held on Friday 20 March starting at 6.00pm. Bring your own meat, drinks and chair and enjoy company of another GSPV Dad's!

Learning Conversations
We believe the title 'Learning Conversations' better describes the content of the end-of-term chat between teachers and parents (formally known as 'Parent/Teacher interviews'). The organisation of Learning Conversations will use an online booking system.
An email will be sent to families on Monday with two or more students at school which will give the link to access the booking sheet.
Once these families have made their multiple booking times, an email will be sent to families with only one student at school.
If you have not provided the school with an email address, or prefer not to use this method, please contact Sharon in the office.
Students in Stages 1 to 3 are not required to be present at the Learning Conversation. Students in Stage 4 are requested to attend the Learning Conversation.
Available times are as follows:
Monday 6 April: 3.30pm to 5.00pm; 6.00pm to 7.15pm.
Tuesday 7 April: 8.30am to 12.15pm; 1.00pm to 5.15pm;
6.00pm to 7.30pm.
Please note that Tuesday 7 April is a Pupil Free Day. Imagination (OSHC) will be operating if you require child care. Bookings can be made through 'Fully Booked' by clicking here.
Scholastic Bookclub
Scholastic catalogues are being sent home with students this week. Please use the Loop ordering system to place your orders.
Scholastic apps are available to download for both Apple and Android devices to make ordering through the Loop system easier.
There is the option to mark your purchases as GIFTS. When these books arrive you will be contacted directly, rather than books going home with students.
Please also note that some titles offered, differ from the Christian ethos followed by the school.
Orders need to be submitted via the LOOP ordering system or returned to the front office by Thursday 19 March.

This app is free and easy to use and accepts all debit/credit cards.

Canteen - Sports Day Helpers Sought
Sports Day ordering is now available on QKR! Mrs Leske would appreciate many hands on deck to help her throughout Sports Day. Please return the form below, or contact Mrs Leske direct.
The canteen is open for business at recess and lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Online QKR! orders must be placed by 8.45am (or even the night before), with separate orders for each child.
