Mother's Day Stall

Earlier this month the Mother’s Day Stall was a big hit. We had a good number of volunteers and everyone helped to keep the kids moving through the stall. The kids were excited to be shopping for a present for their Mum. they enjoyed having a selection of presents to choose from. Surprisingly, the little preppies were decisive about choosing a present and moved through the hall in record time. Most kids remembered their money and had exact change. Some kids could not suppress their joy and already gave away the gift before Mother’s Day.

We’ll hope that all mum's had a lovely Mother’s Day!

Many thanks to the parents from Year 2 who organised this Mother’s Day Stall: Ally, Vicki, Fiona and Sandra! Special thanks to Sandra and Ally for sourcing some beautiful products to donate to the stall.

Romantic Mother's Day Movie Night

Thursday the 16th of May a lot of mum's in the Ormond school area went to the Palace Dendy cinema in Brighton to catch up with bubbles & nibbles and see the new romantic comedy movie: ‘Top end wedding’. Well organised thanks to a very helpful Year 2 dad, his Year 6 daughter and another Year 2 mum!

Election Day BBQ

The Election Day BBQ was a good one! The beautiful weather and nice sausages made the wait a little bit more relaxed. Thanks to all the parents for cooking, serving, setting up and packing up from 8am till 3pm.
