Reporting daily absences

Student absences (including late arrivals and early departures) can be advised in the following ways:

1)   directly on Compass using your parent portal

2)   phoning the School on 9817 6135 and leaving a voice message

3)   emailing judy.o'donnell@preshil.vic.edu.au

Please give a reason for the absence, ie illness, medical/dental appointment, etc.

If your child has an Instrumental Music lesson on the day of their absence, please remember to mention this in your phone or email message so that music staff can be advised accordingly.

Preshil Annual Fund Appeal 2017

This is an opportunity for our community to enhance the School through much valued financial support. Our families in the past have strongly supported our annual Building Fund, however, gifts, donations and fundraising all allow us to improve the experience we can provide for all our children, with better equipment and welcoming spaces that respect and inspire them.

In 2017 we have a number of important areas the School wants to significantly improve and is seeking the necessary funds from various sources. Please contact our Business Manager, Bryce McLean, to have your donation as an addition to your School invoice or to discuss other forms of monetary contributions. Donations over $2 are tax deductible.

Please be reminded that some families may be eligible for assistance under the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund. For example, if on the first day of this term, Term 2, you were:

a) an eligible beneficiary within the meaning of the State Concessions Act 2004, that is, a holder of a Veterans Affairs Gold Card or an eligible Centrelink Health Care Card (HCC) or Pensioner Concession Card (PCC), OR 

b) a temporary foster parent, AND

c) submit an application to the School by the due date of 30 June 2017. Click here to access an application form:
