Performing Arts and Mindfulness News 

'Our approach to mindfulness teaches students to pay attention to what’s happening both around and within themselves, and to notice thoughts, feelings, and sensations as they arise. We teach students how not be judgemental of the thoughts and feelings that they experience, but to be aware of what’s going on and how this makes them feeling.'

Dear families,

 

We have had a sensational start to the term in Performing Arts. 

 

Lots of Mindfulness and Mediation, checking in on our mental health and how we feel about being back at school, we have danced and acted and worked a lot in groups, making the most of being back with our school mates and remembering that we have excellent collaborative skills! I couldn't have wished for a better and more joyful start to the term.
