College Fees

A majority of families are on a St Bede’s College payment plan, this is the preferred option to pay school fees. If any families are struggling with school fees please contact myself on 9582 5999 or dl@stbedes.catholic.edu.au to discuss the situation.

Vic Govt Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund

The Victorian Government has initiated a Camps, Sports, and Excursion Fund (CSEF) to provide assistance for eligible students to participate in these experiences. Families are eligible to apply if they hold a valid means tested concession card. The amount payable to secondary school students is $225 per year. An annual payment made to the student’s school and tied to the student fees.

Parents are required to complete a CSEF application form and lodge it with St Bede’s College Administration by Friday 26 June 2015.

Parking around the Campus

Please be aware of the Bus Zone and drop off/pick up areas where there are parking restrictions in force around the College. Council’s Local Laws Officers have and will continue to book motorists who ignore the signs. In this day and age, Local Laws Officers do not need to stop and issue the tickets and can issue infringements via the mail. They usually take a photograph of most offences as evidence.

We encourage parents to pick up students away from the bus zones and obey ALL parking

restriction signage around the school. Council has informed us that they will continue to enforce the parking around the school to maximise safety for our children

Change of contact details

Almost all information is forwarded to families by email. It is important to keep the College updated of any change to email addresses, as well as other changes such as address and telephone numbers.  Notifications of changes should be forwarded to: finance.admin@stbedes.catholic.edu.au

Student Absences

Parents are reminded to notify the College Office before 9.00 am if your son will be absent or late for school for any reason (holidays, appointments, sick).

Parents can phone the College Absentee Office on 9582 5983 (24 hours) and leave a message. An SMS text message will be sent out to parents if your son  has not been marked on the class roll or reported into the Absentee Office.
