A Snapshot of Learning by Grade 3 

In the last week of Term 2, the Grade Three students showcased their wonderful learning by sharing their Inquiry projects with other students and teachers in the school. The Inquiry topic of The Sun, The Moon and The Earth proved to be a hands-on and engaging Science unit. 

It was wonderful to see first hand the Science Projects that the students had created as well as hear the students enthusiastically share their knowledge about the Moon, the Sun and planet Earth. I walked away from the experience with some new interesting moon facts but most importantly a strong sense of pride in our students' great efforts as learners. I am sure that many of you felt the same way as your child worked on the projects at home. 

A big thank you to the Year 3 teachers Mrs Gillett, Mrs Whelan, Mr Fitzsimmons and Miss Centracchio for teaching such an engaging Science unit.
