Sport

There is not much sport to participate in at the moment, however, I hope you are all getting your sport fix by watching the Olympic Games. I also hope that you are all increasing your desire to get fit and back on the field as soon as possible.

On Sunday we had Amanda Spratt (Class of 2005) competing in the Women’s Cycling Road Race. It was a great race to watch and a very interesting look at the tactics used throughout the duration of the race.

We would like to congratulate Amanda on her 3rd appearance at an Olympic Games in the green and gold and hope to see her continue her success in a sport that she has dedicated so many years of training to.

ISA Athletics

The ISA Athletics carnival is set down for 7th September. At this stage this is still on. Please watch this space for any further announcements regarding this carnival.

NSWCIS Events

We have some students who have been selected at an ISA level for various sports, however they have not as yet competed at the NSWCIS level. NSWCIS has postponed all upcoming events and are hoping to be able to play these later in the term.
