1/2 - UR Faith Life Inquiry 

This week 1/2 UR learnt about being made in God’s image. 

The class read the Creation Story and discussed its meaning. Students discussed God’s love and care for them. They talked about the values and gifts God has blessed everyone with and the importance of using them to help others and take care of our world. 

Students created a self-portrait using craft materials, textas and coloured pencils. They surrounded their portraits with the gifts, talents and values that God gave to them. Students made their pictures unique and colourful to show the beautiful diversity of God’s creation. Students then shared their portraits with each other and enjoyed listening to their similarities and differences.
