Our Counselling Team provides a holistic, God-centred, and child-focused approach to caring for students at Emmaus Christian College, in both proactive and responsive ways. We provide a safe space to form therapeutic relationships with students to facilitate change, healing and personal growth in areas of mental health, relationships, family complexities, and other social and emotional challenges. We offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where students can freely talk and be listened to.

You can read more about the role of our team and approach to wellbeing on the Emmaus Website.

We know that life can sometimes bring unexpected challenges and hardships. Our heart is to see students and their families experience authentic support and care during these times, and to eventually experience healing and wholeness. If you would like to request counselling support for your child, you can make a referral on the Wellbeing Support page on the Emmaus Website.

Blessings,

Steph Reedman and Erin James
