Christmas Carol Night – Thursday 15th Dec

To finish off the year, the P&F invites you and your family to attend the end of year Christmas Carols Night. The evening will commence at 5:30pm, with carols at 7 pm, followed by an 8:30pm finish. At the event, there will be Christmas craft activities, a lucky dip, a Christmas novelty gift stall, face painting, gingerbread making (thanks to THE VILLAGE BAKERY) the annual Christmas raffle, and a sausage sizzle. Please see the flyer below for further details.

We recommend you BYO ‘other food’ and non-alcoholic beverages, a picnic rug and/or chairs for seating. ALSO, please bring lots of GOLD COINS so that your children can participate in the Christmas activities we have planned for the evening.

*IMPORTANT – The P&F need your help for the evening to run the BBQ from 5 pm – 7 pm. If you know now that you could be of assistance, please sign up via QuickCliq through the volunteer tab.  Thank you in advance.

St. Fidelis Community Day

On Sunday 19th March 2023 St. Fidelis will be hosting a ‘Community Day’. It will run from 12 pm – 4 pm and be comprised of FOUR MAJOR COMPONENTS:

  1. Food/Drinks
  2. Teaching/Learning – Open day information for prospective families
  3. Market Stalls
  4. Children’s Games/Entertainment

As you could imagine, the P&F committee alongside the school administration has already begun planning for this event. It is an important event as we are hoping to gain future student enrolments, fundraise for the school and as usual, celebrate our school community. In anticipation of this event, we need YOUR ASSISTANCE in the following way/s:

  • If you have some spare time and would like to join the committee for this event, please contact Josie (details below).
  • If you have some GOOD CONDITION 2nd hand toys/books/clothes to sell at one of our market stalls, please drop them at the school office.
  • If you have some BRAND-NEW toys/homewares/tagged clothing/books (or anything else) to sell at one of our market stalls, or use as raffle/game prizes, please drop them at the school office.

We look forward to helping Manuela host this community day and we know that with your support, this will again prove to be another successful fundraising event for the school with the bonus of ‘bragging’ our wonderful school to the wider community.

THANK-YOU for taking the time to stay updated with the P & F NEWS!

P&F meetings will commence again in 2023, as we had our final meeting (the AGM) on Thursday 1st December. Thank you to all the parents who attended and for your motivation and support for this year and for next year. Please, if you have any ideas to assist us with fundraising or event organisation, general queries relating to P&F NEWS, are able to provide goods/services for use in fundraising events or if you would like to join our team, please contact: JOSIE SERVELLO     -   0421 076 580   josieservello@gmail.com
