ACTING PRINCIPAL & ACTING ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

We would like to thank all staff, students, and families for a great first term at Red Cliffs Secondary College in 2023. This term we have made some excellent progress and have seen some fantastic student achievements academically and in extracurricular activities.

Cross Country

Congratulations to all of the students who participated in this morning’s House Cross Country event. There were some excellent times recorded and fantastic support for each other to make it to the finish line. Well done to our age group champions and overall house winner.  Huge thank you to Mr. Sandy Thomas for organising the event and all of the staff that supported him before and during the event.

Walkathon

Nothing better to finish the term than having our whole school together and having some fun with the walkathon. Many laps were walked/run/skipped and there were some fantastic dress ups, both individual and groups. Massive thank you to Mrs. Laura Caruana and the SRC team for all of their efforts organising the event and the Mallee Burger van for coming out to help celebrate the end of term.

Open Night

Reminder that our Open Night is on Wednesday the 3rd of May. Please come along and check out what our students have been working on and the amazing things available in the different curriculum areas.

First Day of Term 2

Please remember that students will not commence term two until Wednesday, 26th April, 2023.

Monday, 24th April, 2023 is a Pupil Free Day as staff will be meeting with our new Principal and also engaging in some professional development. Tuesday, 25th April, 2023 is a public holiday for ANZAC day, therefore students will not return to school for term two until the Wednesday, 26th April, 2023.
