Athletics Day

On the final day of last term we signed off in style with our annual SKiPPS Athletics Day.

Students from across the school participated in a range of running, jumping and throwing events and had a great day in perfect weather.

For classes in the upper school, the times, heights and distances that they recorded will be used to select students to represent the school at the upcoming District Athletics event. For our younger students, the day was just a chance to compete, get active and have some fun.

The day finished with a race and a tug of war in the sunshine between the staff and students. Despite a very hostile crowd, the staff came out on top for another year!
