From the Boarding Captains

Boarding Captain News

Another busy term has now drawn to a close. Term Two was filled with fun, recreational activities each weekend, such as movie nights, barbecues and pool trips, all of which present the perfect opportunity for boarders to get out and enjoy any sunshine that may be left!

With the help of Mr Goggins and Heads of Houses, Levi and I hope to be a part of redesigning the school's boarding flag. A competition will be held next term whereby boarders can choose a new layout for the flag that represents us all as a boarding community. It is the perfect opportunity for boarders interested in being a part of something that will leave a mark on the boarding community. More information will be available next term if you are interested, but if you wanted to start thinking about this over the holidays, the flag must include the school crest, name and GSG’s colours. The rest is up to you!

From Levi and myself, our thoughts are with the Witham family at this time. Mr Witham was a lovely person in the boarding community who will be missed by us all.

Hoping you enjoy your holidays and we look forward in seeing you next term.
