National Agriculture Day Thursday 21st November 2019

This year on Ag Day students at Beaufort Secondary College were fortunate to have the support of Commonwealth Bank Australia and ran a sausage sizzle to raise funds for future projects involving agriculture at our school.

All the food was supplied by the CBA and a special thank you goes to Amy Dridan from the bank who contacted our school with the idea and then made it all happen.

With so many farmers contending with one of the worst droughts in living memory, there's never been a better time to remember and offer appreciation for those farming our land and how challenging this can be.
