SSV Dandenong Ranges Division Winter Sports Finals

 On Wednesday our school was represented proudly by eleven students, at the SSV Dandenong Ranges Division Netball Finals, held at Knox Regional Netball Centre.  We had a fantastic day, with the children competing valiantly in very tough competition, which made for some closely contested games. 

Congratulations to: Emma Benbow, Lindsay Petkoff, Alexis Wilson, Cooper Humphrey, Hannah Guglielmi, Gulliver Kozel, Archer DaCosta, James Katz, Anna Ballard, Holly Aylen and Samantha Dillner.

A big ‘thank you’ to Mel Ashford, Leigh Benbow and Catherine Sharpe for assisting with transport, and to Leigh for being our team ‘scorer.’ Your support is much appreciated!

Upcoming Events

Yr 3/ 4 Hooptime

Next Tuesday our Yr 3/ 4 students will participate in Hooptime, a fantastic Basketball Victoria initiative.  Our teams will be supported on the day by our amazing Sports Captains!

EDEC Basketball Day

Next Thursday our Grade 6 students, along with selected Yr 5’s will compete at the Annual EDEC Basketball Day, at Dandenong Stadium. 

**A big thank you to the families who have offered to help out at our upcoming Basketball events – many hands make light work and it is much appreciated.
