Candles for Peace

Those families that have been at St. Christopher's for some time will be aware of the Candles for Peace prayer session that takes place before school every Thursday. This optional activity provides students with the opportunity to pray for things that are important to them. They can choose from the samples provided or say their own prayer. Some students may just like to listen to the prayers contributed by others. Students who take part in this meet Mrs Vecchio at he crossing at 8:40am and then walk across to the church. Fr Ralph or Fr Pat facilitate this activity. Mrs Vecchio attends with the students and takes them back to school when the bell goes at 8:55am.
