Dear Parents and Friends

I hope that you and your family are well. It's been another busy and exciting week at St. Christopher's for our students. All classes took part in concert rehearsals on Wednesday (see - School Concert below). The date for this has now been set and will be October 19 at 7pm. The venue will be Forest Hill Secondary College. Further details will be shared in due course. 

It is great that a number of our mums have indicated that they will attend the Mums' Night Out. There is still time to join this group so please see the note in 'Community Notices' and return the completed form if you are interested.  

Please note that Friday 10 December will be a school closure day. Staff will take part in First Aid training and no classes will take place. 

Congratulations to Sam and Dash Thevaraj, who welcomed their newest family member, Kartik Rian this week, a brother for Thivyan (Prep) and Hiresh to love and spoil.

Recently the Prep class used two styrofoam cups with numbers on them to assist with understanding place value. They had to create numbers using tens and ones as they rotated the cups. 

Congratulations to Michelle Fan and Charlotte Archibald. These girls placed 6th and 19th respectively in the District Cross Country last Friday. Both girls are only 8 years old and competed in the 10 year old event. They will now compete at the Regional level next week. Well done girls and all the best. 

Congratulations to all eighteen students that competed in this event. They all tried their best and showed wonderful sportsmanship.
