School Council Meetings

The dates of the upcoming School Council and Committee meetings are as follows:

School Council: Wednesday 18th May @ 7.30pm (Annual Reporting meeting)

Traffic: Wednesday 4th May @ 6.30pm (online) 

Buildings, Grounds & Sustainability: Thursday 5th May @ 6.30pm 

Finance: Tuesday 10th May @ 5.45pm 

Spring Fair: Tuesday 10th May @7.00pm

Parent Association: Wednesday 1st June @ 9am

Annual Reporting Meeting

Each year we produce an Annual Report, which is presented to School Council and shared with the school community.  The Annual Report enables the school to reflect on their achievements for the previous year. 

Like all School Council meetings, the Annual Reporting meeting is open to all members of the school community. 

Parents are asked to register to attend the Annual Reporting meeting by calling the office on 9571 6281 or email the school’s email address malvern.ps@education.vic.gov.au – this will enable us to comply with our COVID Plan and allocate a suitable space.  

Spring Fair

Our Spring Fair this year will be held on Sunday 20th November.

Georgina Akkerman and Beth Wilson are joint convenors of the Spring Fair Committee, thank you both for your commitment to the school.

We are looking forward to working with the school community to organise and enjoy this wonderful event.

The next meeting of the Spring Fair Committee is Tuesday 10th May at 7pm – venue to be advised.  Parents are asked to register their attendance so we can ensure we have a suitable venue by calling the office on 9571 6281 or at malvern.ps@education.vic.gov.au.
