VCAL News

At the end of last term and continuing in Term 2, the VCAL students have been actively engaged in community work as part of the Personal Development Skills unit of work. The aim of community service is based on the belief that members of society should care for each other and contribute to their community. The students sold badges, wrist bands; tags, and key chains to raise money for the ANZAC Appeal. The students also helped distribute hot cross buns for the Parents Association and held an Easter raffle to raise funds for the Royal Children’s Hospital. This term the students have launched into various projects including teacher support help, environmental support with the recycling bins and help with the college musical.
