Class of 2011 – Ten Year reunion

A small but very enthusiastic number of Aitken Alumni returned to the College on Friday 1 April to catch up with classmates and teachers. One guest made a special trip from Queensland for the event, and we were delighted to welcome back two all time favourite teachers: Mr Ron Lok and Mr Luciano Bernes. 

Significant numbers of former students made their apologies with COVID isolation, interstate work, prior engagements and family commitments accounting for most.

This reunion was held in the Food Studies Centre and the guests were treated to a tour of the newest building works. As always, Alumni were amazed by - and a wee bit jealous to have missed the opportunity - to use the spectacular facilities current students enjoy. 

Although one year late thanks to COVID lockdowns and protocols, guests had a terrific time at the reunion. They appreciated the opportunity to catch up on ten plus years of news and life adventures beyond Aitken.
